1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the zt88 platform available at zt88.club (the "Platform"), you ("the User" or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any applicable rules, policies, guidelines, and supplementary terms published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. zt88 strongly recommends that you review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zt88.club ("zt88", "we", "us", or "our"). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and zt88.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over. zt88 reserves the right to require proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the payment source and any winnings accumulated will be void.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. zt88 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in any particular country or region, including Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you have verified the applicable legal position in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. zt88 employs device fingerprinting and payment channel monitoring to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any positive balance may be forfeited without prior notice.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or closure.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments, zt88 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document, which for Pakistani users may include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport — photo page

zt88 may additionally request proof of address and/or source of funds documentation in accordance with risk-based due diligence procedures. zt88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, or close accounts pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of request will result in account suspension.

All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or by our licensed payment processors.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account when accessing from shared or public devices;
• Notify zt88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

zt88 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a breach of account security to zt88.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zt88 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear. zt88 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. zt88 reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your account balance, subject to re-request.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. zt88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, after giving 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email or phone number. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

zt88 offers promotional bonuses from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits that will be stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied;
• zt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure;
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless otherwise stated.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and game plays placed through the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that market or product. zt88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of zt88 — based on the official result from the relevant governing body — shall be final. Specific rules for cricket betting markets, live casino tables, and slot games are available within each product section of the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities;
• Providing false identity or KYC documentation;
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals;
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person;
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple account registration or other fraudulent means;
• Any conduct that zt88 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

zt88 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which your account will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and the account cannot be reopened. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after a verification check.

zt88 does not permit players to self-exclude and re-register under a new identity. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in the new account being closed and the self-exclusion period being reset. If you are concerned about your gaming habits, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek support from professional responsible gaming organisations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game content, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of zt88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation from zt88 is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, gaming losses, or damages arising from Platform downtime or technical failure. zt88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your zt88 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zt88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Amendments to Terms

zt88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or via your registered phone number at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and zt88, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email to seek informal resolution. zt88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as selected by zt88. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
